The Pre-Registration price is for a Full Weekend badge

  • No chaperone badges or group discounts are available online or at the door

  • Children ages 0-5 are Free

  • Children ages 6-12 pay the Child price

  • Adolescents 13 and older pay the Adult Price

  • Child Price badges can only be purchased at the door

At the Door Pricing

Friday - $75 Adult / $30 Child

Saturday - $65 Adult / $30 Child

Sunday - $40 Adult / $25 Child 


Cosplay America only sells Full Weekend badges.  The price is determined by which day you purchase the badge; the badge is good for that day and the remainder of the convention weekend.   One badge, one price.  It’s that simple!

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

  • Badges are non-refundable.

  • Badges can be transferred until May 12, 2024. Badges transferred to another person can only be used for the 2024 event. You may not use a badge for a future event.

  • Our Refund & Transfer Policy can be found in FAQ & Policies.

BADGE PICK-UP

Badges can only be picked up by the registered attendee or the purchaser.
